For the printed copies of personal information, we should also try to keep them safe against fraudulent people. The same with your paper documents, all of these are your personal property and there might be information that can be used by others to commit fraud.

It would be great if the searching process will be shortened and only present the usable facts so that we will not waste time. For instance, if we want to know more about fraud and how to combat it, we need to find credible sources.

Is there an agency that online retailers can go to report individuals who place fraudulent orders? I work for a company that has received multiple orders from the same person. We've caught the orders but the person continues to try.

Thanks for the WhitePages.com mention. Reverse Phone Lookup is our second most popular tool used behind contact information searches (i.e. addresses and phone numbers). We added close to 60MM more adults to our database last month so have roughly 80% of the US covered…so finding names/businesses associated with specific phone numbers is even easier and more accurate.
