Staci, Choosing a web designer and host is one of the most difficult tasks we have had to face. In fact, our first year on-line, with Monster Commerce, was nearly a total waste of time, due mainly to a poor quality website design and structure. Nearing the end of our first year, in 2006, we had to decide whether to proceed with them (and most likely flounder at the bottom of search results) or start over with a new host. Luckily we found Mighty Merchant and our business has increased steadily since then.

My advice to anyone considering NetSuite or any other provider is to email them first and see how long their response time is. If you are placed on a list and it takes several days for a sales person to finally respond to your questions, just imagine how long tech support may take after the sale has been made and you are committed. Keep up the great work, you have no worries with the competition!
